INSTALLATION / Authorization

Simply download your product’s installer and follow the instructions.

If you already downloaded the trial version and purchased the product, you just have to enter your account details with your license number to activate it.

You get this error when either your username or password are wrong.

It’s probably the password though.

Refer to the previous answer. Reset your password and everything will be fine.

Most likely your DAW needs it to be installed in the default location.

On Windows : C:/Program Files/Common Files/VST3
On MacOs : System/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components -or ~/VST3
If you’re facing this, either delete the plugin you just installed or move it to the location specified above.

The plugins are compatible with Windows and MacOS, and are available as VST3, AU, AAX (ProTools) formats.

The plugins are built as Universal Binaries and should work fine on M1 chips. But I strongly encourage you to try the demo version of the plugin before buying it.

ACCOUNT / ORDERS

This issue is probably caused by entering multiple times a wrong password. Sometimes it only takes a typo when creating your account’s password.

After 6 failed login attempts, you’ll be locked out for 10 minutes. You will be able to repeat the process again after that delay.

If you still can’t log into your account, the solution is to reset your password here, and repeat the process.

Make sure to check your spam folder but if you didn’t receive your emails, please send me a message and I’ll send them again.

For several reasons you may encounter downloading issues.

If your download stops midway or you get an error page, please refresh your browser, delete all cookies and caches, then try again in a few minutes.

If you still have trouble let me know : I’ll update your link.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not possible. Unless you accidentally bought the same product multiple times, or it was a fraudulent purchase, refunds will not be granted.

Trial versions of the products are available so feel free to try them before purchasing it.
