Le Skank + Logic Pro X (current build) issue with chord switching
Quote from Mr John Brown on February 1, 2025, 5:13 amGreetings, lovin' you plugins so far. But, I have an issue with getting the chords to change from major to minor using the C0 note on my keyboard (Arturia Keystep). I can get the other options to change using C#0, D0, D#0, E (although I don't see any animation changes on the plugin to indicate any options changing other than seeing the keypress on the keyboard guy in the plugin, so it appears to be getting the signals)... but for some reason, C0 doesn't trigger the chord major/minor change. and no the lock button is not activated ;P
any help would be appreciated, thanks!
cheers!

Thank you for reporting it.That's a weird issue indeed.
So, if I got it right: the keyswitches are working correctly but they don't trigger the buttons' visuals on the interface, except for C#0 and D#0 ?From the top of my head, I can't see why this could happen...
Can you try using C2 / C#2 / D2 / D#2 (the pad keyswitches). They are duplicates of C0 / C#0 etc... They should trigger the corresponding buttons.
You can click the labels to change the 'target' of the keyswitch.Let me know if they are working or if the issue persists.
PS: the lock button allows you to keep your buttons setup when changing presets :)

So it appears that the M/m and Invert do not work on any of the C2 / C#2 / D2 / D#2 (the pad keyswitches). Delay and Reverb trigger correctly on any pad key switch assignments. I've tried this playing live, recording, and playback of a manually created midi track.
I'm using Le Skank version 1.2.8 with Logic Pro version 11.1.2 on a MacBook Air 13 M3 2024 model.

Quote from Mr John Brown on February 2, 2025, 8:30 pmUpdate: So if I play C2 on the "virtual keyboard" built into the plugin itself, it triggers the switch from Major to minor.
So the midi controller I'm using is the Arturia Keystep, wonder if the issue is with that?

Quote from Mr John Brown on February 3, 2025, 7:02 pmAnother update: If I just quickly press the C2 key on my Arturia Keystep, like 20 times in rapid succession, the Major/minor will quickly light up green / switch for a millisecond before returning to its base state. I can confirm its not a hardware issue with the Keystep, as I can play the C2 & C#2 fine with any other midi instrument or plugin, and I can transpose the octave up/down on the Keystep (as its only 32 note keyboard) and play the same physical key for any other octave.

That's a very weird issue. I have an Arturia beat step here, I'll see if the issue occurs with it too... Maybe I'll manage to reproduce the issue.
